How do I use the BATERY system calculator?

BATERY has a System calculator. It helps calculate the potential winnings of bets on various event selections.

The Calculator button pops up in the bet slip after the System size is selected.

The selected events are added to the Calculator automatically. To calculate the possible winnings, add or remove the check marks in the Selection column.

The calculated result depends on the number of possible system Accumulators.

If you have 20 or fewer Accumulators in the System, then the calculator will show the winnings for each Accumulator. If you have more than 20, it shows the total number of Accumulators and how many of them will earn you a profit

How to calculate System winnings manually?

System winnings depend on the System's size, bet amount and number of correctly predicted selections.

A System is made up of Accumulators. The number of selections in each Accumulator bet is equal to its size: for example, in the "3 out of 6" System, the Accumulator bets will consist of 3 selections, or 12 in the "12 out of 14" System. The selections in Accumulator bets are combined so no two Accumulators have the same outcomes.

The number of Accumulator bets in the System is calculated by the formula:

m! ÷ (n! × (m - n)!)

  • m – number of events in the System
  • n – number of events that must be predicted correctly for the System to win
  • ! – factorial

A factorial is the multiplication of a series of integers starting at 1 and ending with a specific number. For example, calculating factorial 5! looks like this: 1 × 2 × 3 × 4 × 5.

The smaller the size and greater the number of outcomes in the system, the more Accumulator bets will be in its structure.

The bet amount is divided equally between the Accumulator bets, and their odds depend on the odds of their selections. The more Accumulators win, the more you win.

Manual system calculation example

You bet INR 3,000 on a "2 out of 3" System with odds of 1.50, 2.00 and 2.50. This means that the Accumulator bets in it will consist of 2 selections. Calculate the number of Accumulator bets using this formula:

m! ÷ (n! × (m - n)!). In our case m = 3, n = 2.

3! ÷ (2! × (3 - 2)!) = 6 ÷ (2 × 1) = 3

There are three Accumulator bets in our System, and the bet amount is distributed between them equally:

  • INR 1,000 for 1.50 and 2.00
  • INR 1,000 for 2.00 and 2.50
  • INR 1,000 for 1.50 and 2.50

The maximum winnings you'll get if you predicted all the events correctly: INR 11,750. The minimum winnings of the System if the Accumulator with selection odds of 1.50 and 2.00 wins: INR 3,000.
